Beginning your home buying journey is very exciting! It can also be daunting! During our initial consultation, we will discuss what your preferences and needs are, along with your financial goals.
I will also take you through each step of the buying process, and discuss how I can get you from the initial consultation to the closing table.
I would be happy to introduce you to some of my trusted mortgage lenders, who can help you through the Pre approval process. This way we can get a clear picture of your finances, and how we can set up a home search thats suitable for your needs.
The Search and Home Tours
After the initial consultation and Pre approval process comes the search of finding your dream home. I will set up a home search using all of your initial parameters. By using Bright MLS for the search you will have real time updates on the market. This means you are the first to know when a home that fits your criteria comes on the market.
Once you see a home of interest, I will take care of booking a tour. This is a great time to get a feel for the property and ask questions that may arise. I will be able to gather more information by seeing your likes and dislikes, so I can further refine your search criteria.
Offer and Negotiations
Once you decide to place an offer, I will guide you through the offer process, drafting the offer to present the most favorable terms to help win your home.
Once the offer enters negotiations, I use my market expertise and knowledge to work towards getting you the very best deal.
Inspections and Due Diligence
At this stage I will work with you as we progress through the inspection phase, to make sure that you completely understand the condition of the property before we get to the closing table. I will be in consistent contact with everyone during this phase in order to make sure that everything is moving along smoothly and on time.
Closing Day
Finally, I will be by your side at the closing table for our final step before getting the keys to your new home.
